TaxiForSure is the marketplace to find taxis in India! Founded in June 2011 by NIT-K and IIM-A alumni Aprameya Radhakrishna and Raghunandan G and funded by Accel Partners, Blume Ventures, and Helion Ventures, we are a taxi aggregator aiming to be the country’s first choice to book a taxi. We operate in the burgeoning but hitherto unorganized radio taxi industry, which has the potential both to impact our daily mode of travel as well as the livelihoods of thousands of operators and drivers. We aim to achieve this with the help of our strong team and a robust operational model. We wear our hearts on our sleeves, working hard to serve our customers and even harder to empower partnering operators and drivers.

As the Business Development Head, your role will be to ensure that TaxiForSure has a strong and positive presence not just in the Indian taxi and car rental space but also in the overall eCommerce space. In your role, you will spearhead all business development activities by TaxiForSure and make effective use of Online Tools.

Job Purpose: Ensure TaxiForSure.com is the first choice for B2B customers in the Indian taxi and car rental space

Job Duties: Spearhead all business development activities by TaxiForSure.com by strategizing B2B tie-ups.

Job Description:

Key Performance Indicators:

- Developing and managing strategic demand-side business development objectives

- Set Up Business Development process for TaxiForSure - tie-up, servicing

- Segment and identify high potential targets for Business Development

- Developing and managing B2B customer insight program, including analytics and

- Build and develop relationships with corporates - office, hotels, OTAs etc to meet

- Achieve target Cost of Customer Acquisition

- Achieve B2B demand targets across the country in line with the bookings target

- Manage and maintain relationships with B2B companies tied up with

- Over seeing monthly/ yearly budgets and financial planning for B2B Marketing

- Build and manage a rock-star team

- Use the tie-ups done to implement ATL/BTL marketing to generate bookings

- Ability to manage and introduce campaigns as planned, on-time.

- Work with marketing to build a brand within the companies tied up with

- Work with Product and Engineering teams within the company to ensure smooth

- Ownership of the corporate bookings channels developed

Skills / Qualification / Experience:

- Significant experience in establishing in high impact business development. Candidates from OTA industry would be given preference.

- Candidates from top 20 B-Schools with more than 5 years of work experience in marketing, invoicing, market research, company demand goals, brand Activations
