Working Days : Monday to Friday

Location : Delhi

Qualifications : CA (mandatory), If CA with LLB- added advantage.

Experience : 2 - 3 yrs Post Qualification

Job Description:

- Advising a wide range of clientele on variety of issues pertaining to group restructuring involving merger, demerger, slump sale and asset transfer;

- Advising on tax implications on issue of employee stock options to employees and tax implication on subsequent sale of shares;

- Advising on tax implications on setting up a branch office or a subsidiary or a limited liability partnership or liaison office in India;

- Advising a wide range of clientele on tax implications on direct and indirect transfer of shares of Indian entities by offshore companies, involving analysis of double taxation avoidance agreements;

- Advising on sale and lease back transactions;

- Advising on issues relating to employment taxation;

- Drafting legal opinions entailing the aforementioned areas of direct taxation;

- Drafting replies to show cause notices, questionnaires and appeals before Income Tax authorities.
