Taxation Manager - IT (3-7 yrs)
1) Direct Taxes - India
a. Transfer pricing with respect to IT products
b. Must have handled Tax Audits (form 3CD), Tax assessments at AO, ITAT level
c. Must be aware of TDS compliances in India
2) Indirect taxes India
a. Experience in Service tax refund process including quarterly filings
3) Direct Taxes - US
a. Familiarity with US Federal tax filings, State tax filings
b. Withholding compliances in US
4) Indirect taxes - US
a. Familiarity with US Sales tax on Tech products
5) Other ancillary
a. To help US legal head on ESOP administration/Maintenance of Corporate compliances (ISGN specific)
