Our client is an established European MNC in the Oil & Gas industry. Their global footprint spans over 70 countries with over 3000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a highly driven individual to manage their taxation.
Job Description: As Taxation Manager, you will be reporting into the Global Shared Services Head and your responsibilities will include:
- Handle Direct Tax and Service Tax for different international geographies
- File Returns for Income tax, withholding tax, transfer price etc.
- Ensure compliance with Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)
- Manage tax audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Handle Transfer Pricing and International Taxation
- Responsible for legal matters for the shared services entity
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a chartered accountant with 5-10 years of post-qualification work experience.
- You have hands-on experience in handling Service Tax & Income Tax and have worked with FEMA compliance.
- You have good analytical skills and are a good team-player.
