Taxation Manager - CA/ICWA/CS - Water Heater Manufacturer

Compliance with all indirect tax matters.

Job Responsibilities -

Managing overall indirect taxes compliance for company including, Excise, VAT, Service Tax, Customs, Entry Tax etc.

Ensuring timely filing of all returns.

Meeting Government authorities as and when required

GST Implementation

Coordination with Pan India consultant base for VAT filling.

Issuance & collection of statutory forms like FORM C, F, E-I, E-II, A-1 and resolve related problems.

Experience in handling litigation matters like reply to SCN, preparation of appeals, assessments etc.

Identifying areas for process improvements to enhance quality and accuracy of tax operations, facilitating informed decision making and initiating actions to effect tax planning.

Provide regular updates and advise to the business regarding changes in tax laws.

List the skills and capabilities required of the person entering this position:

Good Knowledge of Excise and various state VAT

Fluency in English and Kannada

Good communication skill (both verbal and written)

Qualifications

CA/ ICWA/ CS with 8-12 years of Experience working in a factory cum corporate office environment.

CA Inter/ ICWA Inter/ CS Inter with 10-15 years of Experience working in a factory cum corporate office environment.
