Year of Exp - 6+ years experience from accounting/ Tax industry

Qualification – Required

M.Com., /M.B.A./ CA (Inter)/ICWA (Inter)/CA

Skills – Required

- Strong in written and verbal communication skill

- Strong knowledge on accounting and Tax field

- Should have an experience of managing 8-10 members of team

- Ability to bring more innovative ideas in the business

- Ability to build strong client relationship and handle customer escalations

Job Description

- Be a part of the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), MENA Tax team

- Ensure that the team is delivered the quality work on time

- Building strong client relationship with ME offices

- Should be the first point of contact for on shore team for any concerns/escalations on the performance of the team

- Review the work prepared by team members before sending it to on shore team’s review

- Responsible for team utilization and effective utilization of each team member

- Responsible to identify the training requirements of the team member and work with L&D team for the same

- Responsible to send the status report and dashboard to on shore team regularly

- Responsible to review the billing files and MIS report on monthly basis

- Handle other management/administrative activities of the team
