Summary:   Assist the Group Tax department in accumulating tax data from around the world and facilitate efficient and effective processes with respect to US sales and use tax return, as well as Canadian GST/PST tax return preparation, assistance with the preparation of US income tax returns, assistance with accounting for income taxes in accordance with ASC 740 for US GAAP financial statement purposes, and other tax projects.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  - Preparation of sales and use tax returns and Canadian GST/PST returns  - Assistance with the preparation of US income tax returns  - Assistance with Accounting for Income Taxes in accordance with ASC 740  - handling sales Tax Matters  - Generation of reports and extraction of book account detail, as requested  Requirements:  - 4-5 years experience in a similar role  - Good US Income Tax and multi-state sales tax and Canadian VAT tax knowledge  - Knowledge of SAP, Vertex O Series, and Vertex Returns software is a plus  - Proficient in Microsoft Office software, Strong excel skills
