Job Description:

- Developing Long Term plans, Medium Term plans, and AOP.

- Cascading the same to all Functions and Operating Regions.

- Analysing variances against the plans and driving the Business towards Plan achievements.

- Strengthening the Business Analytics and deploying analytics with KPIs across Functions and Operating Regions.

- Adhering to all Reporting requirements of both internal and External stake holders ( TRAI)

- Develop models for evaluating various business case scenarios for effective risk management/mitigation within the business unit

- Develop a granular and detailed AOP for deployment and tracking for the business unit

- Drive Structured Monthly financial review with the business units & geographies to drive course corrections
Review & Recommend the capex proposals for the business and post implementation review Strategic & Operational decision support to the business Costs & Capex

- Strong understanding of Telecom Domain & Key Business Drivers

- Strong Financial Modelling & Analytical skills

- Strong understanding of other functional KPIs & linkages to financial & Business KPIs.

- Expertise in Financial forecasting & AOP

- Long term & short term planning. Ability to translate of Business strategy into financial model.

- Sound Business and Telecom system Understanding;

- Commercial Orientation,

- Financial Systems and Tools;

- Financial Control & Governance .

- Excellent presentation & communication skills.
