1.Years of experience – 6-10 years of Strategic Business Management and analytics

2.Earlier Sectors worked – Preferably Telecom / IT

3.Earlier Roles handled – Large account handling / Sales / Strategy & PMO / Business Analytics

Academic Background:

Essential – MBA / CA / ICWA

Desirable – Reputed Institute

General Accountability

- To support achievement of business objectives by designing & implementing various programs and initiatives. To analyze and present business data for accurate business decision making.

Nature and Scope

- Develop quick understanding of the business environment, internal organization and ways of working. Establish rapport with key people in the organization and key vendors of the company.

- Market forecasting & trend analysis

- Industry v/s Enterprise

- Internal trend analysis business vertical wise

- Understand growth and other business objectives of the company and run various programs and special projects to meet those objectives

- Monitor and report progress on these programs. Highlight risks, delays, and opportunities to President.

- Scheduling Functional Reviews and business performance reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual basis.

- Lead and manage key business function interactions

- Ensure timely auctioning of points coming out of Business review meetings.

- Governance of account listing as per emerging enterprise parameters

- Analysis of business cases and waivers falling under President’s DoA.
