JOB PROFILE. .

Objectives- Responsible for overall mgmt of Network security mgmt of GSM and CDMA Network Elements.

Major Deliverables.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) indicating daily uptime Nodes availability & performance, Resolution of Customer Complaints, Closure CR for Access and log management of network elements.

- Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) indicating network security and Data Operational Management.

- Responsible for 24X7 security operation team for access and log management of Nodes.

- Rresponsible for security compliance records from circle, access log management, process design and network security audit.

- Overall responsible for Design, Planning and Administration of the Centralized Security Solution

- Management of remote access/vpn to network elements.

- Backup management of access log data and centralized security solution.

- Ensuring on Regulatory requirement & compliance.

- Ensuring first level of troubleshooting for faults and subsequent resolution

- Improvement and recommendations plans based on abnormal network behavior.

- Responsible for monitoring and controlling of planned events and outages..

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Essential Attributes-

- Must have the Telecom and TCP/IP knowledge.

- Understanding of regulatory requirement and their compliance reports etc.

- Strong Knowledge of Data Communication and TCP/IP Networking including LAN/WAN, MPLS, Frame Relay, VLAN, IP Routing Protocols (RIP,OSPF,BGP) and other networking protocols like DHCP,DNS,PPP,ICMP,SNMP

- Hands on experience with Routers, Firewall, Switches, DNS, FTP, PROXY, DHCP, MAIL, WEB, Network Server.

- Worked with the WAP, BREW, MMSC, CRBT, MCA, VSMS and other 3rd party VAS Platforms.

- Good understanding of Telecommunication Technologies and various Product related 3G/NGN/GSM/GPRS/CDMA, Transmission.

- Team management

Desired Attributes. - Knowledge of 3GPP, IEEE, IETF, ISO, ITU-T Standards.

- CCNP, DBA, Network and System Administration Certification.

Qualifications. BE,B.Tech in Electronics & Telecommunication.

Desired Experience. more than 12 years of experience , 3 to 5 years in relevent field
