Tata Motors - Packaging Development & Procurement

Job Responsibilities :

- Development of New Packaging/modification in existing packaging basis business need.

- Artwork Management

- Work on costing part of developed package & getting it approved from management

- Chalking warehouse wise packaging requirement

- Providing the entire requirement to region based vendors

- Updating the schedule in the system for same.

- Generating the Purchase orders for Packaging materials, changes to be made in POs.

- Monitoring & following up with regions for C forms.

- Coordinating with warehouses, shared services & vendors for payments of all the vendors.

- Tracking the material dispatches for all locations

Technical/ Functional competencies :

- Knowledge of all Packaging types and structures

- Knowledge of Purchasing function

- Knowledge of TML part numbering,

- Excel knowledge

- Good analytical skills

- Commercial taxation, negotiation skills will also add to candidate's advantage

- Good knowledge in SAP

Educational qualifications : BE, Post Graduate degree/diploma in Packaging
