It is also among the Top 20 content development companies in the world and features among the Top 20 training outsourcing companies globally since the last five years.  Roles & Responsibilities of Project Managers:  Operational Efficiency & Quality:  - Handle & execute volume  - Cost projections, rate realization & Effective scheduling  - Liaising with clients and other functions  - Conduct defect prevention meetings and track corrective actions  - Provide hygiene and accountability through a number-driven objective approach  - Work with the client proactively on potential issues to avoid into escalations/complaints  - In the event of a complaint or concern, enter this into the CMS, implement interventions to address the complaint or concern, and track it to closure  Business Development & People Manager:  - Work with the client to put together an account forecast mechanism  - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities  - Create compelling proactive and reactive proposals, solutions, or business propositions that would convert into repeat business  - Ensure team is engaged and motivated at all times  - Delegate, monitor, and hand hold as required  Functional Background:  - Full time MBA  - Engineering Degree preferred  - Experience in the custom eLearning or software development space is preferred  Behavioral & Managerial Skills:  - Ability to manage large engagements with little or no direction - manage client expectations, escalations, planning, resourcing, scheduling, costs, variances, etc.  - Excellent team manager and team player   - Strong analytical skills, ability to make sense of numbers, and handled International clients.   - Excellent written and spoken communication skills.  - Self-starter, ability to Multitask, an Agile Listener and must have a Passion for Excellence.  Experience: 8 - 10 years   Industry: Custom eLearning   Functional Area: Business/Projects
