Job Description  Specialization: Sales, Business Management, Operations  Department/Group: TCTSL	  Location: India, Middle East & Africa  Travel Required:	20-30% time   MAX CTC: INR 800000	  Position Type: Permanent- (Probationary 12 months)  ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES  - Interact with customers in case of customer escalations.   - Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss recurring project issues.   - Provide support to team lead around implementation of project milestones.   - Flag opportunities/need for process improvement for quicker delivery to team lead.   - May be an individual contributor or may lead a team through application of deep knowledge of one job area or broad knowledge of several job areas within Program Management.   - Operational role, responsible for setting objectives and delivering results that have a significant impact within the context of a wider operational area.   QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS  - Education: BE + MBA (mandatory)  - Experience: Must have 1 yr or more in telecom domain before or after MBA  PREFERRED SKILLS  - Able to identify problems and updates or modifies working methods in own role without the benefit of defined procedures.   - Should be able to provide first level of supervisory management to a work team that includes professional roles.   - May also supervise technical and administrative staff.   - Should be self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision.   - Work-group/team focus  - Quick thinker, innovative and entrepreneurial attitude  - Excellent analytic and communication skills
