Key Objective of the Job:
- Monitoring of Portfolio on an ongoing basis.
- Strict adherence to Credit Monitoring Policy.
- Further improve the processes of Credit Monitoring for Commercial Finance business
Major Deliverables:
- Effective monitoring of Commercial Finance portfolio
- Conducting Credit Monitoring Committee Meetings
- Reporting of actionable to various authorities.
- Constant monitoring of events related to borrower accounts.
- Annual Review of Accounts.
- Site / Office Visits to check any adverse development / understand stage of completion of projects
- Process mapping and Process improvement related to Commercial finance.
- Coordination for IT requirements for Commercial finance business.
Specialized job competencies:
- Sound knowledge of financial statements / ratios.
- Sound knowledge and expertise of monitoring of accounts.
- Analytical Skills
- Self-motivated and customer orientated
- Sound problem solving and decision making skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Educational Qualification: CA / MBA
Desired Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.
