Business Vertical : TCFSL  Department : Human Resources  Designation : Senior Manager - Human Resources  Line of Business : Shared Services | Corporate HR  Proposed Immediate Superior : Associate Vice President - Human Resources  Grade : M4/M5 (Sr. Mgr/AVP)  Key Objective of the Job : To drive initiatives related Performance Management and Compensation Management at Company level.  Major Deliverables :  Performance Management :   - Provide necessary support in handling end-to-end Performance Management activities viz KRA rollout, mid-year review and annual PMS process   - Track progress on timely completing of performance management exercise apart from effective cascading of company level BSC within respective Business Units  - Highlight key areas of improvement wherever necessary for effective implementation of process from PCMM Level 2 perspective  - Facilitate conducting of appraisal workshop viz KRA setting process and annual appraisal process for new appraisee and appraisers  - Provide inputs required for normalization during annual appraisal process  - Involved in analysis and presentations to Managing Committee for normalization process   Compensation :   - Managing compensation benchmarking exercise preparation of data input and job level mapping, analyzing reports and designing compensation actions basis findings  - Provide necessary inputs to strengthen the remuneration philosophy and structure  - Assist team in the annual increment cycle and budget management  - Providing necessary inputs on annual bonus provisioning  - Responsible for managing compensation dashboard  - Administration of ED/MD compensation & regulatory reporting requirements   - Prepare Presentations for Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Managing Committee meeting highlighting wage cost, compensation issues etc.  - Understand and highlight the critical aspects and financial impact w.r.t incentive schemes   - Providing necessary support in rolling out Long Term Incentives and monitoring progress of the same  Educational Qualification : MBA in HR  Desired Experience : 6-8 years  Other desired attributes :  - Ability to drive HR initiatives independently, high level of motivation, good interpersonal skills, multi-tasking; understanding of systems, positive attitude, good communication skills.  Location : Mumbai (Peninsula Business Park)  Number of Positions : 1
