Key Objective : To acquire, develop & maintain client relationships to achieve the Business & Revenue targets through direct sales team and channel.
Major Deliverables:
- Achieving Product-wise sales target by acquiring new client relationships.
- To ensure timely Collection of due funds/ installments & PDD docs.
- To coordinate with the product management and marketing team, for effective implementation of strategies for customer acquisition at local level
- Launching promotions in tandem with overall organizations plan & ensuring effective implementation of the same at local level
- Develop data base of targeted relationships, mapping the assigned market and establishing relationships at all levels
- Competition mapping, keeping a track of competition in the market and be updated on all market trends
- To identify training needs of the direct sales team - CREs and ensure that the direct sales team is trained on all products, policies as well as behavioral skills
- Tracking direct sales teams incentives and providing inputs to the central team as and when desired
- Handling different channels for product delivery and enhancing business sourcing.
Job Challenge:
- Meet & exceed Sales & revenue targets
- Forging targeted number of business relationships within the agreed timelines
- Meet & exceed customer acquisition targets and meeting TAT.
- Ensuring zero non starter and delinquency in first year
- Meeting sales targets for all auto products in the assigned territory
- Ensuring that the direct sales team is fully equipped and trained to achieve sales targets
- To ensure desired market share the assigned territory
- To ensure core TATA values are displayed in the sales team behavior at all times
- Team motivation and low attrition.
Specialized Job Competencies:
- Sales experience in Rural /Auto/ Tractor Financial products & well averse to the local market conditions.
- Good relationship with manufacturers and Channels.
- Well aware of market selling practices and processes
- Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities.
- Good communication and presentation skills
Educational Qualification:
- MBA / PGDBM or Graduate with proven Sales & Marketing experience
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 5 -7 years experience in sales, preferably in Rural financial services industry
- Experience of Rural sales / business development in financial services sector will be a significant advantage
