Key Objective of the Job :

- Proactively manage the risk in Channel Finance portfolio by giving leading indicators to the business to mitigate the risks.

- Real time monitoring of accounts, early warning indicators, analytics, liaise with stakeholders, management/regulatory reporting, hindsighting

- Ensuring timely response to the business in terms of analyzing proposals and providing value-added inputs.

Major Deliverables :

- Build and continuously strengthen monitoring framework. Monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis, highlight deviations and risk indicators.

- Effectively reporting to Senior management on emerging trends in the business.

- Meeting various existing/potential corporates/OEMs where TCFSL has/may start supply chain financing relationships.

- Carry out supply channel appraisals from risk perspective.

- Monitoring accounts, identify account wise action for concern accounts and follow up stakeholders for actionable

- Updated about industry developments, analyse trends and keep abreast of the latest developments.

- Managing various MIS requirements, interacting with business to obtain the same on a pro-active basis, and providing value-added outputs based on such MIS.

Specialized job competencies :

- The candidate should have done supply chain appraisals, good knowledge of dealer/inventory funding products. Prior experience of dealing in multiple product segments and designing of product programs could be an added advantage.

- Team player, initiator, innovative and good communicator. Good Interpersonal skills-Will require significant amount of interaction with other stakeholders (business relationship managers, credit officers, product managers)

Educational Qualification : MBA- Finance / CA

Desired Experience : 7- 10 Years in Supply Chain (Credit) / Mid Corporate /Risk department of Banks / FIs etc. Candidates from Organizations like Kotak, HDFC, Axis, ICICI Bank can be considered.
