Roles & Responsibilities :
- Monitoring post-disbursement credit operations of the bank covering Large & Mid Corporates & SME segments.
- Scrutiny of Sanction Letter & Appraisal Note for verification of Limit Node, ROI & collateral details in system and for maintaining post sanction tracker.
- Monitoring transactions in accounts. Track high value transactions. (To be used as a tool for ensuring end use of funds).
- Verify the accuracy of Drawing Power (DP) computation & ensure that the same is properly updated in system.
- Engage Stock Auditors, obtain Stock Audit Report, prepare a Short Note on critical/adverse observations & forward the same to SRM for onward transmission to borrower for clarification & Credit Team for deeper analysis & advice to CBB for further course of action.
- Prepare Irregularity Reports in case of overdue accounts & forward the same to Business Dept. for review & follow up with the borrower.
- On receipt of Financial Follow-up Reports (FFRs)/ Project Progress/LIE Reports/ Annual Reports (ABS), analyse the same & forward it to the Business Dept. for review. (To be used as a tool for ensuring end use of funds & monitoring quarterly/yearly performance of the borrower).
- Prepare Exchange of Information Letters, Credit Information Reports, Review Data (in case of renewal/enhancement of existing limits) & Position of Accounts.
- Coordinator for various MIS such as replies to Credit & Concurrent Audit, CRILC, SL-FITL accounts reconciliation etc.
