Key Objective of the Job:

- Credit Underwriting for Business loan .

Major Deliverables:

- Financial Analysis.

- Quality Underwriting.

- To maintain TAT for all processes

- Portfolio quality.

- Team Management

- Grooming the credit managers

Specialized job competencies:

- Good understanding of the Business loan credit process

- Underwriting as per the Credit Policy.

- Maintain TAT for procession of files and credit quality.

- Market knowledge and Industry Knowledge

Educational Qualification:

- Chartered Accountant or MBA (Finance).

Desired Experience:

- Minimum 7 to 8 years experience in Credit Underwriting

- Should have handled Credit Underwriting for the Business loan

- Managed Team of credit managers

Other desired attributes:

- Understanding of Financial Documents.

- Financial Analysis.

- Credit Analytical Skills and sound market knowledge.
