Key Objective of the Job :
- Position is accountable for Business Loans credit underwriting, including the consistent application of a credit policy and periodic credit reviews of existing customers.
Major Deliverables :
- Underwriting of the Business Loans proposals including Personal discussion with the customer.
- Monitor Credit granting and updating the process.
- End to end TAT monitoring.
- Portfolio Management.
- Vendor Management.
- Provide ongoing training of process to staff, sales team and agencies.
Specialized job competencies :
- Understanding the BL business/Market Knowledge
- Knowledge on Financial ratios.
- Knowledge about policies and processes of Business Loans.
Educational Qualification :
- CA /MBA (Finance)
Desired Experience :
- Previous experience in Business Loans credit underwriting.
