Key Objective of the Job :

- To translate business requirement in to Technology solutions in the Retail lending space in a cost effective way by determining the requirements of the project and communicating them to stakeholders

- Lead implementations and Developments on the Loan Origination platform

Major Deliverables :

- Assisting with the business case preparation, Planning and monitoring, Eliciting requirements, Translating and simplifying requirements, of the LOS platforms

- Delivery of Rule and scorecard configurations on the LOS platform

- Benchmark the intended process execution against competition

- Manage the entire SDLC pertaining to execution of projects

- Focus on user experience and usability

- Coordinate with technology partner for delivery and execution of projects

- Manage the Project communication process by following the governance process and providing the providing status report to all stakeholders

- Manage the entire project timelines and Cost

- Suggest on Upcoming technology trends in the Retail pending space

Specialized job competencies :

- Ability to manage large projects (Create Project delivery plan, Document Risk associated and its mitigation, Project roll out and then monitor)

- Should have handled or must have been part of FinnOne LOS implementation projects

- Has been part of the Credit Underwriting/Risk team as some stage of the career

- Sound analytical and documentation skills

- Ability to prioritize projects based on Cost benefit analysis

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate/B.Tech/Graduate with MBA (IT or any other discipline).

Desired Experience :

- At least 7-12 Years of experience as Business Analyst in Retail lending with exposure to Banks & NBFC on LOS platforms

- Exposure to FinnOne application is desirable
