Key Objective of the Job:
- Sourcing of new customers, maintain the relations and build business
- Health of the book, profitability, Productivity of the team
Major Deliverables:
- Sourcing / Business Development - New Acquisitions for Emerging / Mid-corporate
- Create and Maintain Healthy and Profitable Book
- Income Targets (including fee based)
- Profitability Targets
- To maintain existing customer base
- Cross Sell both Corporate and Retail Products
- MIS Reports.
- Monitor and guide team members for the desired output / productivity
- Provide advisory services to the key customers
- Train the team for the necessary skill sets required for the role
- Collection of over dues
