Assistant Manager / Manager - Actuarial

Desired Profile : Candidate should have experience in Prophet Modelling / Shareholder Reporting

Location : Mumbai.

Target Companies : Aegon religare, Metlife, Bharti Axa, DHFL, OM-Kotak, Maxlife, Excide, Future Generalli, canara HSBC, Aviva, HDFC, ICICI Pru, SBI, E&Y, Tower Watson, Bajaj Allianz.

Generate Value of New Business Report (VoNB) on a monthly basis :

Responsible for timely delivery of the quick VONB and detailed VoNB reports to the management

Embedded Value Reporting :

Responsible for calculating Embedded Value of the organization analysis of variance.

Coding of new products in PROPHET :

Code new products in PROPHET software and validate the results with the corresponding pricing model

Economic Capital :

Responsible for calculation of economic capital and analysis of variance.

Annual assumption settings :

Prepare and update the assumption template which lists the various assumptions for each product that are used to calculate the underlying VoNB and Embedded Value reports

Business Planning :

Create sales files and draw the projected balance sheet of the organization. Coordinate and liaison with finance & accounts and corporate planning team for the exercise

Annual reporting :

Assist in prepare financial conditional report for Appointed Actuary report for IRDA submission

Experience Study :

Assist in carrying out various experience study like expenses

Work on requests raised by other functions :

Is responsible to handle related queries and request coming from various stake holders.

Risk :

Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes
