Each month, one out of every two American adults reads a Time Inc. magazine, and one out of every seven who are online visits the company Web site.  Responsibilities:  - Handle all PeopleSoft (HRIS) data and reporting needs in real-time, up to a maximum of a 24-hour turnaround time. This includes building and maintaining custom queries, and maintaining custom HR tables and data elements (clusters, comp division, HRG, GM, etc.)  - Handle all Kenexa/Towers Watson (ATS/Hire) reporting needs in real-time, up to a maximum of a 24-hr turnaround time. Provide troubleshooting support for failed transmissions to Kenexa/Towers.  - Perform all other ad hoc reporting from other HR related systems, including HRDC reporting.  - Maintain all non-PeopleSoft user accounts and security (Kenexa, Towers, Visier, etc.)  - Support enhancements and upgrades for all current PeopleSoft and future Workday integrations including testing, maintaining change documentation, helping to develop user training materials, etc.  - Audit global company-wide org charts, maintaining versioning library and naming conventions, and partnering with HRGs by pushing out ongoing update instructions and corresponding change reports. Manage executive and HR org charts, including pictures, updates, versioning, etc.  - Update all HR content on intranet, maintaining a versioning library and partnering with content authors by proactively auditing all content for the most current information.  - Serve as project coordinator on HR systems projects. Attend project meetings and document/update on an ongoing basis all HR deliverables, due dates, outstanding questions, etc.; providing the project team with a thorough accounting of tasks.  - Conduct monthly/weekly data audit of all workforce transactions in HR systems for data integrity and accurate reporting.  - Documents all HR technology process and changes creating tangible records of HR technology and data creation, maintenance and updates.  Requirements:  - Knowledge of HR functions, processes  - Strong experience working in an HRIS, with a focus on PeopleSoft and P/S integrations.  - Experienced w/workforce data and data integrity practices  - Ability to gather thorough reporting requirements from system users  - Ability to document thorough and clear documentation regarding reporting processes  - Excellent verbal/written communications skills, with ability to articulate ideas to all levels of management and to technical staff.  - Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.  - Strong skills in Excel and Visio. MS Access a plus.  - Experience working with virtual international teams. Ability to work a U.S./EST schedule.
