Roles & Responsibilities:-  Head- Finance & Accounts for the company. The person would manage a team of 4 direct reports and multiple outsourced vendors providing services (compliance, payroll etc.)  As the Head-F&A, the person would be a key member of the Company Leadership Team (LT) that drives key decision making in the Company.   Key Accountability:-  - Plan and oversee all aspects finance and accounting work for the company  - Responsible for annual budgeting, financial planning and capital planning processes leading to the Annual Operating Plan, that is presented to and approved by the Board of the company  - Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports  - Various performance variance analysis both at Project level as well as at the company level, against the annual operating plan  - Produce and present various forms of Financial reports/analysis to the Board, during the scheduled Board meetings, or in response to adhoc requests by the Board/Parent company finance teams  - Provide strategic inputs to the Company Sales team - taxation optimising deal structures, developing pay as you go models, reviewing bid profitability models etc.  - Provide analysis, inputs and advise to the Company CEO.  - Monitor and manage all statutory compliance, and Company Secretarial work  - Set up and manage the banking relationships of the Company  Required Qualification & Experience:   - Qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 8 years of post-qualification experience in a corporate environment.  - Real world experience in the areas listed above  Other Skills/Traits:   - Strong verbal and written communication skills  - Ability to interact and engage with senior stakeholders like Company Board members  - Attention to detail, process orientation, structured approach to problem solving  - High standards of accuracy and precision in all work products  - Ability to think creatively  - Driven and self-motivated  - Good team leadership skills
