You are expected to be highly innovative; deal well with ambiguity. Your role will involve regular interface with clients to answer questions and ensure satisfaction. These will be some other biggest e-commerce companies globally. You will be responsible for smooth integration of our product for new clients and help customers with their queries. You will be instrumental in taking the company from its nascent stages to a multi-million dollar worth company.

Basic Qualifications:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputed college

- Highly organized and detail oriented

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks

- Team Player with good interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience wearing multiple hats at a startup

- Knowledge of sales & marketing techniques
