Check out our mobile app here:  Android: bit.ly/Helpchat  iOS: bit.ly/HelpchatiOS  We've raised Rs.100 crore from Sequoia Capital to build Tapzo as the go-to All-in-One App.  Key Responsibilities:  - Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs  - Plan and execute retargeting campaigns via channels like emails, notifications, sms etc to drive app engagement and usage by existing users  - Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and new channels to meet objectives  - Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing  - Running campaigns on Facebook / Google Display Network and similar large-scale mobile ad networks  - Measure, evaluate and optimize the marketing campaigns and expenses incurred in App distribution  - Partner with product managers to identify needs and help define necessary product/service improvements and new areas for innovation  - Keep up to date with the improvements andlatest features on app to identify relevant marketing opportunities  Required skills:  - Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile app marketing & distribution  - High on analytical skills and able to derive actionable insights from a lot of data. Basic SQL knowledge and experience is preferred  - Ability to understand user behavior for optimizing the campaigns  - Hands on Experience with Facebook, Google & ad networks advertising  - Data visualisation and insight development  - Good written and communication skills  Salary offered; 7 - 10 LPA
