Objective:

- Plan and execute projects on time, and within the defined scope. Coordinate efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Ensure that the project initiation is done correctly regarding scoping, timelines and resourcing of the project.

- Create risk mitigation plan and monitor the project to ensure that the risk mitigation is triggered at the appropriate time.

- Monitor the usage of the resources in a project and work with the appropriate leaders to make the required changes.

- Track Project Progress and ensure that the project meets its stated goals within the timelines.

- Take responsibility for all project communication including circulating of progress, change management.

- After successful closure of a project, ensure training to Product Management and Technology Operations Team and Alpha and Beta support to Product Management Team.

- Ensure that the team follows and adheres to all processes and disciplines, communicate and create clarity with teams on project objectives and expectations and break down assignments into tasks.

- Plan and implement development programs to ensure that team members skill sets are upgraded appropriately.

- Assess future recruitment needs and forecast staffing requirements against business objectives.

- Assist team members or get assistance whenever required and maintain good relationship with people in the ecosystem to enhance the result of the function.

- Use one's skills to match the best suited team member to a particular task.

Experience & Skills:

- Must have worked as a project manager or senior project manager in a product development organization.

- Must be able to manage project schedule and task details and utilize project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklists, to delegate appropriately.

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects.

- Contribute to the ongoing development of the program management domain.
