Tally Solutions - Assistant Manager - Marketing - TEPL

Objective:

To carry out branding and marketing activities in the North Region comprising States like: Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana and Delhi NCR.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Strategic:

- Create strategies for generating leads from various sources

Operational:

- To conduct College Demos, Job Fairs and other Lead Generation activities

- Liaise with Franchisees /Regional Managers and designers to create artworks for promotion.

- Coordinate with Regional Manager/Agency/Vendors to organize various local / regional level events and functions

- Conducting ATL and BTL activities

- Create strategies for generating leads from various sources

- Create Brand Awareness and Loyalty amongst various stake holders

- Conducting Market Research to understand and suggest fresher ways of Brand Promotion

- To keep a check and update on In Centre Branding activity at the centres

- To conduct Brand Audits

Educational Qualification:

MBA Marketing with minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and Communication vertical.

Knowledge:

- Should have good understanding of the marketing theories and concepts

- Should have good understanding of the marketing practices in the Education Domain

- Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tools

- Good knowledge of MS-Office

Mandatory Experience Required:

- At least 2 years- experience in Marketing and Communications domain

- Basic usage of designing tools like CorelDraw, Adobe.

- Should have knowledge of working with small to midsize event management companies.

- Should be aware of basic legalities/norms of BTL and other promotions.

- Excellent Communication/Presentation skills
