Objective:  To create, maintain and optimize Tally Solutions social media presence and strategy, develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic and leads in order to build the organisations- digital roadmap.  Key Areas of Responsibility:  Social Media Strategy:  - Create and implement a social media strategy in line with the organization's objectives and integrated digital marketing plans  - Create a quarterly plan in the form of content calendar and categories in line with the central campaign plan  - Develop a central plan for different social media paid campaigns giving a breakdown of the budget to be consumed for various campaigns  - Co-ordinate with business team SPOCs, give inputs about how social media can assist in meeting their objectives and craft a visibility and lead generation plan including a breakdown of the budget involved.  - Conduct competitive analysis studies on competitors, including digital footprint analysis and derive impactful insights from the same  - Create and maintain relevant blogs to engage with Tally's customers and partners  - Innovate consistently and create new content categories such as Infographics, videos or campaigns as per requirement and Industry trends  - Be up-to-date with the latest changes in the social media scenario and implement the necessary updates  - Derive Insights from regular social media analysis and implement required changes  Social Media Execution:  - In accordance with the quarterly plan create content for 3 months social updates  - Work with design team SPOC to create final posts. Get the necessary approvals from the department head  - Maintain regular activity on all social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, SlideShare, Pinterest etc.) by updating posts as per social calendar  - Monitor all platforms and interact with relevant SPOCs in different teams and respond to queries, suggestions, comments, messages on social media  - Actively listen to different posts, messages, updates and notify required teams in case of any urgency  - Manage conversations with customers, partners, prospects etc. via WhatsApp and notify required teams when required  - Analyze social media activity performance on a monthly basis by creating reports and sharing it with necessary stakeholders  - Create ad copies in accordance with the central paid campaigns- plan  - Work closely with business SPOCs to craft a message for ad copies, identify and target the right audience and allocate budgets accordingly  - Activate campaigns on different social media platforms as per plan and monitor them regularly for increasing profitability  - Research upon new methodologies and try out different campaigns to Increase ROI  - Analyze results and create reports to understand the campaigns which have worked well and determine the reason for the same  - Work closely with Business SPOCs and provide them with an update of their teams- performance on social media  Minimum Qualification:  - Any Graduate with a PGDM/MBA in Marketing/Journalism/Mass Comm.  Licenses/Certifications:  - Having relevant certification/s would be an added advantage  Pre-requisites:  - Should have managed social media/digital marketing for an organization in a B to B/Agency environment (software, technology, services industry) for the last 3-5 years  - Should be able to present some verifiable examples of social media marketing successes  - Should also be able to show a few examples of blogs attempted and maintained successfully in the past  - Should be able to work independently with minimum guidance  Performance Indicators:  Should be able to show a clear incremental growth in the following metrics:  - Growth of likes/followers/subscribers  - Reach  - Engagement  - Leads generated  Knowledge & Skills:  - Advanced knowledge of Social Media Platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Pinterest etc.   - Knowledge about social media listening and management tools like Radian 6, hootsuite, Mention etc.  - Should have strong written and communication skills  - Should be able to inculcate creativity in every aspect of the work involved  - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools like word, excel, powerpoint point etc.   - Good interpersonal skills  - Good analytical skills  - Should be a good team player  - Should be organized and well plan the activities in advance  - Effective decision maker using sound logic and judgment
