- Provide a excellent experience to the students by ensuring a smooth student life cycle at Talentedge
- Ensure process, assignment, exams, semester registrations and all other student related information is proactively communicated.
- Ensure all processes pertaining to assignments, projects, exams, semester registrations et al are streamlined
- Ensure the team is well aware of all processes
- Analyze reasons in case of any process delay and communicate the same to the team
- Take corrective actions for the delay and suggest new processes if required.
- Analyze and sort out pending issues pertaining to all processes at regular intervals.
- Plan for any additional information required at website/up-gradation of web
- Gather feedback from faculty, students and business partners regarding the content on website and take corrective actions
- Ensure a student related news that reaches the center late is disseminated quickly, through e mail, sms, update on the website.
- Ensure latest information is uploaded on time
- Have a ready pool of faculties for various subjects taught at Talentedge.
- Ensure there is a timely evaluation of internal assessments (of Assignments, Projects and Viva) by faculties
- Help students get better placements.
- Ensure resource planning (availability of classrooms, labs, exam schedules etc) is done on time
