Talent58.com is a 6 month old start-up- An exclusive career portal for retired/soon to retire professionals.
The portal will serve to aggregate profiles of subject matter experts, consultants, specialists and professionals from every field and connect them with organizations and entrepreneurs for full-time/part-time jobs, specialized projects, consultancy and advisory roles.
The idea has been conceptualized keeping in mind the dire need for highly experienced professionals in the country. Lakhs of people retire every year owing to Govt. regulations, while they still possess enormous amount of knowledge and potential that is invaluable for companies.
The aim is to connect industry experts with the industry.
Currently looking for a CTO cum co-founder.
The person will be majorly responsible for the core product offering and digital marketing. The co-founder will also be involved in the day-to-day business and strategy making.
Ideally, the person should
- have a background in technology
- have a passion for website design and development/digital marketing
- have prior experience/extreme passion of working in start-ups
