Role Title : Talent Management Partner
The TM Partner role for the business has the responsibility to staffing complex IT projects requiring multiple skillsets across multiple locations. The role leverages more than 10 years experience in Resource Management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Knowledge & Handling of staffing complex IT projects requiring multiple skillsets across multiple locations.
- Partner with business to meet staffing demands within agreed SLA both for external and internal fulfillment.
- Good sense of anticipation and prognostication.
- Effective deployment of skilled pool in various customer engagements .
- Appreciation of cost optimization and project financials.
- Should have prior experience in managing a team.
- Should have good industry knowledge.
- Process knowledge in the resource management/optimization .
Education and Experience :
- MBA in Human Resources from a reputed management institute
- More than 10 years in Resource Management
