For a Leading MNC Client.
Responsible for managing and analysing People skill/talent inventory for International IT and provide customized data/report for decision support in the area of Talent development and Career pathing.
Essence of Role;-
- Maintain complete data base of all Company employees ,particularly skill levels, competencies(functional & behavioural), trainings etc
- Ability to interpret data & perform desired analysis on continuous basis in order to provide suitable report for decision support in the area of Talent management, capability building, skill enhancement, growth decisions, role changes etc.
- Ability to use various HRM tools to create and furnish reports in the desired form
- Work closely with the team to capture current and upcoming Talent/Career pathing challenges and provide appropriate inputs for creation of Talent & capability development strategy specific to Company aligned with their business growth plan.
- Collaborate closely with the stake holders in HR and International IT to translate the Talent management strategy into an executable plan.
- Competency development of resources, cross training and skill gap up gradation with the training team
- Have sound understanding of the technology and processes in order to generate customized report focusing current need and future projections
- Ability to liaison with various stake holders in order to generate suitable reports in the area of Skill/talent management.
Education:-MBA-Full Time- 8+ Year’s Experience.
