We have been retained to recruit one of our leading MNC Clients in shared services entity in Mumbai for

HR Talent Management role

We are looking at good professionals (preferably from SIBM, SCMHRD, TISS, MDI or equivalent) with sound conceptual skills, executive presence, upward advocacy from 2007-2009 batches of HR

Exposure to multi-cultural global & networked work environment & Strong Powerpoint & Excel skills are critical.

- Knowledge of financial/ knowledge services sector is desirable

- Experience in staff and leadership development design and delivery

- Ability to work on own initiatives without supervision

- Excellent oral and written communication, project management skills

- Experience in managing a training function independently

- Usage of various tools and metrics to understand and map talent as per competencies needed for the role

- Experience in conducting / participating Assessment Centres

- Proficient in usage of psychometric tools and 360 profilers

- Leading succession planning efforts for the Organization

- Good understanding of Talent development practices

- Experience of rolling out talent initiatives across hierarchies, resulting in building a strong leadership pipeline for the organisation

- Knowledge of PMS essential
