We are currently looking for an HR person in Talent Mgmt team for a Telecom major in India & is amongst worlds top 7 names

Talent Management Head

Experience : 8 – 12 yrs

Location – Corporate office in Gurgaon 

Head Performance Mgmt system & rewards –n – recognition portfolio for PAN India

Role objective

To develop and deploy key talent management and administrative policies, at MTS India to drive effective performance and reward management processes and enhance overall operational efficiency in order to attract and retain the critical talent required to deliver targeted business growth.

Key role highlights :

   1. Develop & execute online tool to enable cascade & management of PMS, standard KRA & KPI for all roles & employees.

   2. Develop, execute & establish a comprehensive Reward & Recognition system

   3. Critically partner development of Performance Linked Incentive System/policy

   4. Design, develop & implement Performance Management systems (Annual & Quarterly) in line with organization evolution & growth

   5. Develop standard KRA, KPI for all roles (other than CXO & HOD level) existing in the organization

Key Competencies:

    * Excellent comm. Skills & self motivated for the work

    * Full time MBA is must

    * Market Savvy/ Business Acumen:  Actively analyze marketplace factors and understand the critical business issues that map to FIRM.

    * Coaching & Development:    Recruit, select, and develop successful sales resources to deliver the Market strategy for sustainable and profitable business growth.  Capable of coaching and mentoring BDMs to successfully execute enterprise-wide sales strategies.

    * Fosters Collaboration & Partnerships: Builds formal and informal networks within FIRM and client organizations.  Capable of leading and developing cross-functional business development pursuit teams.

    * Personal Credibility:  Demonstrated track record in selling integrated solutions.  Lives the FIRM Values and Brand Attributes, and consistently represents the brand with integrity in the Market.
