Talent Management Head (7-12 yrs)
We, Careerist Management Consultants, one of India’s leading search and selection firm, are looking for a person in a Talent Management role for one of the Clients. The position is based at Delhi NCR.
The person would be responsible for developing interventions in consultation with business. Lead telent management processes, PMS, competency mapping. The role holder would be responsible for identifying Hi Pots, succession planning, personal development plans. He/She would be key driver for assessment process in the organization, manage diversity initiatives, cascading of vision and values statement and employee surveys.
The person should be an MBA from a premier institute with 7 – 9 years of work experience. The role holder should have excellent leadership and analytical skills.
