We, Careerist Management Consultants, one of India's leading search and selection firm, are looking for an individual to look after the Talent Management role for our MNC client, with the role being based at Western UP.

We are looking for a person with 5+ years experience in a talent management role preferably from a large MNC organization.

The incumbent would be primarily responsible for driving the talent management
piece, involving various facets like succession planning, Role Mapping, IDP’s etc.

Other responsibilities would involve driving employee engagement and various L&D activities.

Preference with be give to people from industries like FMCG, IT etc.
