Talent Evangelist - IT Product Startup

Our client is a US based IT product start-up in Internet space.

Designation: Talent Evangelist

Position reports to CEO and work as Individual contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Find, contact, build relationships and recruit the best talent available in India (both northern and southern regions) and outside India (for those who want to relocate).

- Work closely with engineering team to make sure we have the talent pipeline ready to be filled as and when particular positions become available

- Attend events and evangelize company culture and engineering culture

- Promote company and engineering culture to attract developer, designer and product talent

Desired Profile:

- 5+ yrs of experience in Employer branding, Social Recruiting and Senior Talent connect activities

- You are deeply passionate about having India produce the next Microsoft, Google or Apple.

- A savvy engineer. You are be able to talk to engineers with ease and recognize terms like AngularJS, iOS, and nginX

- An extrovert. You love to go to events and meet people at cafes and don- t find other people boring

- A salesperson (not for products, but for company culture). You- re easily able to sell a particular idea to other people
