We have the following mandate with one of the leading MNC Clients in Mumbai
Job title : HR Talent Development
Role :
- To enable managers to develop their people effectively to deliver business success by working with business leaders and HR to ensure that Talent Management strategies, processes and practices are fully aligned with the business.
The successful applicant will have :
- MBA HR with minimum 8 years professional HR experience,at least 3 years of this experience as lead Talent/Learning & Development specialist in a multi-site organisation.
- Direct experience of using and designing assessment and talent management tools
- Competencies, 360, appraisals, workforce planning, psychometrics, etc.
- Direct experience of leading change - Culture, process or practice
- Direct experience of conducting TNA (organisational & individual) and recommending appropriate solutions
- Ability to diagnose & identify development needs and design, delivery and facilitate interventions.
- Coaching / facilitation skills/change management skills
Compensation : Up to 25 lacs
