We, Careerist Management Consultants, one of India's leading search and selection firm, are looking for an individual to look after Talent Development for our client based in Delhi.
- The individual would be required to look after Talent Development for the organization.
- The person would be required to propose, implement & monitor programs aimed at talent development.
- He/She would be required to do the skill & competency identification cum assessment of employees, identify gaps and propose interventions.
- He/She would be required to run assessment centers, identify avenues for career progression , identify training gaps whether skill or competency related and mobilize external/internal resources to implement relevcat trainings and also manage T&D budget.
- We are looking for a person with minimum 6 years work experience with specialization in to HR.
- Ideal candidate would be someone with experience into organization development (OD) with good understanding of training function.
