Position: Exe. / Sr. Exe. - Talent Acquisition

Location: Pune

CTC: 4.7 Lacs Max.

Job Speficifations :

- The candidate would be a part of in house recruitment team and would report directly to Vertical Head – Recruitment,Pune.

- Person would be responsible for end to end recruitment across levels and verticals.

- Person should have handled leading job portals effectively and should have exposure into exploring new means of sourcing like social networking sites.

- He should be good at MIS and database management

- Candidate should have handled the entire cycle from sourcing to closing.

We want a candidate with the following experience, skills & attitude:-

- Experience in Telecom recruitments

- Should have excellent communication & convincing skills.

- Should have a good educational background.

- Should have handled a singificant middle and senior management hiring.

- Stretchability and positive attitude
