Talent Acquisition Specialist - Telecom (3-5 yrs)
The company has been providing advice and service to Telco's, Network Equipment Providers and Governments. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this challenging role offers the opportunity to assume responsibility for full cycle recruitment activities across the globe for multiple professional, management and technical categories.
- Candidates with MBA, Minimum of 3-5 years relevant recruitment experience in Telecom industry ONLY, ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent and sourcing candidates via social media;
- Practical experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (Taleo preferred); Excellent communication skills (written/spoken) in English.
The job will be based in Riyadh, Contract Duration: 1 year (renewable), CTC inclusive of housing + Personal accident insurance, 4 weeks paid leave with air ticket after 11 months of service etc.
