Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technical & Non-Technical Hiring (2-4 yrs)
Note: Timings for this Job Profile: 4PM - 1AM IST
- End to end recruitment of technical and non technical positions
- Handling stake holders and scouting top level talent
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Track measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
- Set continuous improvement goals.
- Fill open positions within specified SLA and TAT
- Conduct regular follow ups and send feedbacks to candidates
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Plan and organize drives for various positions - tech and non tech
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
Salary Offered: Min 4 LPA
