Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Semiconductor Equipment Firm

Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA

- We are hiring US Talent Acquisition Sourcer for US Based semiconductor equipment industry and also a number of other industries they are dealing into.

- The Sourcer is responsible driving the overall generation of candidates for positions in the US and globally as needed.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work with Recruiters to understand search requirements and strategy

- Generate target lists of companies or organizations to research

- Based on developed research, identify and engage targeted candidates for open positions

- Develop appropriate search strings to be used in the search process

- Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

- Conduct initial communications via email and phone interviews to engage and qualify candidates

- Manage all communications with potential candidates to ensure a great experience

- Make phone calls into target companies to generate prospective candidates

- Conduct publication and patent searches for prospective candidates
