Following are the skills, knowledge and experience required

- End to end recruitment process

- Should be well versed in internet job search and data management

- Should be mature enough to handle senior level positions

- Interviewing & pre-screening the candidates

- Framing proper job description in collaboration with hiring managers

- Maintaining & building of resourceful resume data bank

- Entire On- Boarding process

- Responsible for closing all vacant positions in the organization

- Should be able to source profiles from Job Portals, Head hunting, personal networking, Referral, Social media

Salary range: 10 - 15 LPA
