Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Specialist - Consulting/Training Firm (2-5 yrs)

One of our leading clients in Consulting and Training is looking for a Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment specialist, based out of Delhi for managing talent acquisition for them across the globe.

What you must have:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment using all contemporary methods

- A great network

- Ability to understand the business, business requirements and map and source potential pool of candidates

- Ability to negotiate and close the deal

- Leadership hiring experience will be a plus

- Knowledge of social recruiting tools

Role:

- Identifying pool of relevant candidates from different sources for each position

- Map the relevant talent in the market with the requirements of the organisational business

- Actively engage and network with relevant candidates even before the requirement arises

- Responsible for timely filling of positions with candidates of the desired quality and competencies

Salary Range: 5-10 LPA
