Experience : 12-17 years
Key Responsibilities :
This role will focus on assisting to develop and implement innovative and diverse recruiting strategies and campaigns to meet the needs of a business/function.
Will be responsible for overall recruitment strategy, sourcing strategy, approved Social Media engagement, governance monitoring, training plan for recruiters, operational excellence, recruitment analytic s and stakeholder management for assigned Businesses.
Effective implement E-Recruitment/Taleo/any other approved platform for hiring best in class talent, and responsible.
Manage relationships with executive search firms, agencies.
Active promotion of the Employee Referral Program, Recruitment Skills training and all other recruitment tools.
Desired Profile :
- Candidates with minimum 8 - 10 yrs of experience into IT recruitment.
- Candidates having worked in Talent Acquisition for PAN INDIA or Global markets would be an added advantage
