The position reports to the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at the Group Corporate Office in Mumbai.
The Group is one of the most respectable multi billion dollar business conglomerate in the sectors of Consumer durables, power transmission and other industries.
Key Result Areas include :
- Research the domains of business for leadership talent.
- Track movement of high potential talent in relevant industries.
- Do first level of screening of leadership talent candidates.
- Prepare candidate dossier including assessments of panel for Chairman.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with the business heads.
- Followup the candidates for compensation discussion,reference checking till on boarding.
Attributes :
- Superior skills & confidence in interacting with senior candidates.
- High proficiency in working on Excel and Graphs.
