We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to help our company find and retain excellent employees. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. Talent Acquisition Specialists must work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
Work closely with business in order to deeply understand teams organization structure, responsibilities, strengths/weaknesses and key business drivers.
Responsible for working with Business Leaders and hiring managers to define recruiting plan for the year.
Mast have experience into all sourcing channels actively, lateral hiring, leadership hiring, mass hiring, volume hiring etc.
Should be comfortable creating a talent delivery strategy in partnership with business stakeholders which may include recruiting marketing channel development, innovating on our talent acquisition process, use new age technology and create a robust delivery process.
Should be comfortable to partner with Business leaders, HR stakeholders, business operations team to ensure the timely delivery of our talent needs. Should be extremely comfortable to identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization.
Developing / overseeing the implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans. Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
Developing Diversity and Inclusion strategy; Implement employer branding strategy and ensure the right Organisation Design for the business.
Set the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition vertical.
Define, develop and roll-out monthly/quarterly recruiting metrics (qualitative and quantitative) in collaboration with the leadership team. Drive the narrative of recruiting status with data.
Partner closely with leadership, business and competency management to develop, optimize and drive an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment, job offer proposal and negotiation, through on boarding.
